The Annual Hook Lecture: Dr. Naomi Jacobs, "Just Belonging"

Dr. Naomi Lawson Jacobs is this year's speaker for the annual Hook Lecture! The title is: "Just Belonging: Disability, Justice and Churches."

Naomi Lawson Jacobs is an activist social researcher in disability studies. She has worked on both academic projects and on projects with not-for-profit organisations. Her book (with Emily Richardson) is At The Gates: Disability, Justice and the Churches and based on Dr. Jacobs' PhD research into disabled persons' experiences of churches.
